01 Definitions
- “BridgeKrafts”, “we”, “us” — BridgeKrafts Private Limited, a company incorporated in India with registered office at WeWork Vaishnavi Signature, 78/9, Village Varthur, Bellandur, Bangalore South, Bengaluru 560103, Karnataka, India.
- “Services” — the BridgeKrafts website, the agent-first ERP, the AI Communications & Notifications platform, and any related applications, APIs and support.
- “User”, “you” — any person or entity that accesses the Site or uses the Services.
- “Customer” — an organisation that has entered into an agreement with us to use the Services.
- “Customer Content” — data, records and materials submitted to or processed through the Services by or on behalf of a Customer.
02 Acceptance of terms
By accessing the Site or using the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you are authorised to bind that organisation, and “you” refers to that organisation. If you do not agree, do not use the Services. Where a separate written agreement exists between you and BridgeKrafts, that agreement governs to the extent it conflicts with these Terms.
03 Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Services. The Services are intended for business use.
04 Accounts & responsibility
To use certain features you may need an account. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential, and remain responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at legal@bridgekrafts.com of any unauthorised use or suspected breach. You are responsible for the acts and omissions of users you authorise.
05 Services provided
BridgeKrafts provides AI-first enterprise software in which autonomous agents perform work and humans supervise by exception. The Services may include automated actions taken on your behalf based on your configuration and instructions. You are responsible for reviewing configurations, approvals and thresholds appropriate to your organisation. We may modify, enhance or discontinue features from time to time, and will provide reasonable notice of material changes affecting active Customers.
Our agents propose and execute actions within the limits you configure. Critical actions can be gated behind human approval and thresholds. You acknowledge that AI output may contain errors, and you are responsible for maintaining appropriate review and controls for actions material to your business.
06 Acceptable use
You agree not to, and not to permit any third party to:
- Use the Services for any unlawful, fraudulent, harmful or deceptive purpose;
- Send unsolicited, spam, or non-consented communications, or violate the policies of any messaging channel or platform used to deliver communications;
- Infringe the intellectual-property, privacy or other rights of others;
- Upload malware, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to, disrupt, damage, disable, overburden or impair the Services or any related systems;
- Reverse-engineer, copy, resell or create derivative works from the Services except as permitted by law;
- Use the Services to process data you are not authorised to process, or in violation of applicable data-protection, anti-spam or telecommunications law.
You are solely responsible for ensuring that you have all necessary rights and consents for any Customer Content and recipient data you provide, including consent of recipients to receive communications where required by law.
07 Third-party services & Meta
The Services may integrate with third-party platforms, including messaging channels operated by Meta Platforms, Inc. (including the WhatsApp Business Platform, Messenger and Instagram messaging). Your use of those channels is subject to the applicable third party's own terms and policies, in addition to these Terms. You are responsible for complying with those terms — including Meta's messaging, commerce and platform policies — when you send communications through them. We are not responsible for third-party platforms, and their availability is outside our control.
08 Intellectual property
The Services, including all software, design, text, graphics, logos and the BridgeKrafts brand, are owned by BridgeKrafts or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Services in accordance with these Terms. You retain all rights in your Customer Content; you grant us a limited licence to host, process and transmit it solely to provide and support the Services. You may not use our trademarks without our prior written consent.
09 Fees & payment
Fees, if any, are as set out in the order form or agreement between you and BridgeKrafts. Unless stated otherwise, fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, which you are responsible for paying.
10 Confidentiality
Each party may access confidential information of the other. Each party agrees to protect the other's confidential information using reasonable care, to use it only to perform under these Terms, and not to disclose it except to personnel and subcontractors bound by confidentiality obligations, or as required by law.
11 Disclaimers
The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free or fully secure, or that AI-generated output will be accurate or complete.
12 Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BridgeKrafts and its directors, employees and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising out of or relating to the Services. Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms and the Services will not exceed the total amounts paid by you to BridgeKrafts for the Services in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
13 Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless BridgeKrafts and its directors, officers, employees and agents from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Services; (b) your Customer Content or the communications you send; (c) your violation of these Terms or applicable law; or (d) your infringement of any third-party right.
14 Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Services or other users. You may stop using the Services at any time. On termination, the licences granted to you cease; provisions that by their nature should survive (including intellectual property, confidentiality, disclaimers, limitation of liability and indemnity) will survive. We will handle Customer Content on termination as described in our Privacy Policy and any applicable agreement.
15 Data deletion
You may request deletion of personal data held by BridgeKrafts at any time. This includes data collected through our website, our Services, and any messaging channels connected to your account (including data processed via Meta platforms such as the WhatsApp Business Platform, Messenger and Instagram messaging).
How to request deletion
- Email us at legal@bridgekrafts.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request”, from the email address associated with your account, and tell us what you would like deleted.
- Account holders may also request deletion of their account and its associated data directly through their account settings, where available.
We will verify your identity, acknowledge your request, and delete the relevant personal data within 30 days, except where we are required or permitted by law to retain certain records (for example, for tax, accounting or legal-compliance purposes). Where data is processed on behalf of a Customer (data fiduciary), we will delete it on the Customer's instruction or forward your request to that Customer. Deletion is irreversible and may end your access to the Services.

16 Changes to terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
17 Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any applicable law, the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services.
